Jennifer currently lives in San Ramon with her husband of 15 years, her 3 children, and her cat and dog. She knows the Bay Area fairly well, as she and her husband have lived the Bay Area since 2008 when she was assigned to Travis AFB while serving her country as a combat medic in the USAF.

 

Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree in business management and over 12 years of experience in real estate. She has spent the last 8 years honing her craft as a Realtor.

However, I am more than just a Realtor®. I am a loyal friend, a trustworthy confidant, an amazing mother, and loving wife. I am also a USAF Veteran, and thyroid cancer survivor. I love hiking and fine dining. Some of my favorite things are laughing, eating truffles, drinking French wine, and painting.

Her military skills in creating systems, training, and managing translated well into real estate, and in 2020, she was recruited to KW Danville as a co-manager, trainer, and business coach to over 400 agents. This fast-paced, and educational experience has created a perfect opportunity for her to partner with Haven Development as their Sales Manager/Realtor for their new developments.

 

Jennifer cares about her clients as if they were her friends or family, and uses her intelligence, her experience, and her intuition to guide her clients through the process, whether it is new construction, residential resale, or investment opportunities.

 

Last year, Jennifer wanted to expand her team, so she could provide better services for her past and current clients. She decided to transition her personal business from Jennhere! (Jenn He RE) to the Genuine Home Experts Team.

 

She has strategically selected her team mates based upon their skills, their level of dedication to their clients, and their genuine personalities and intelligence. The Genuine Home Experts Team, while new in its Creation, is backed by over a 15 years of combined experience, and has access to one of the largest network of agents in the world.
